Author, Teacher, Founder,  and Inspirational Guide​
 From a young age, Diana Christinson knew her mission was to inspire people to live to their highest and fullest potential. Over the past three decades, she has guided thousands of students and readers through practices that cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and peace.

Diana’s journey began with years of study in Japan and Thailand, where she immersed herself in Asian philosophy and holistic health practices. She later earned her Master’s degree in Psychology and continued her education in India, studying yoga, meditation, and breathwork with master teachers for more than a decade.

In 2004, Diana founded Pacific Ashtanga Yoga Shala in Dana Point, California, a thriving community dedicated to growth, health, and inspiration. Through the Shala, she has taught yoga postures, meditation, philosophy, and breath practices, while fostering a supportive space for transformation.

Beyond the studio, Diana has shared her expertise with diverse groups including college students, cancer survivors, people in recovery, corporate teams, and wellness communities. Her teachings blend psychology, philosophy, and the mind-body connection, making ancient wisdom accessible and relevant in modern life.

As an author, Diana extends her reach to readers seeking growth, balance, and mindful living. Her writings capture decades of practice and study, offering practical tools to reduce stress, increase clarity, and discover the “golden self” within. Today, Diana continues to teach, write, and inspire—helping people from all walks of life embrace change, cultivate inner peace, and live more mindfully from the inside out.
